Our Shipping Philosophy
As of October 29th we cannot guarantee delivery by October 31st so if you are purchasing a costume please take this in to account. We understand that you want to receive your item as quickly as possible so we always ship your item as promptly as we can. EVERY ITEM WE OFFER is currently in stock so there is no waiting, no out of stock items, and no back orders (with the exception of our exclusive pre-order items).
Do We Offer Same Day Shipping?
Yes, because all of our items are currently stocked we offer the same day shipping as long your order is received prior to 2 PM Central Standard Time. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day. These terms do not apply to weekends or holidays, in such case your order will be shipped the next business day.
When Will I Receive My Order?
This depends on where you live and what type of shipping you choose. Our standard shipping is UPS ground and usually takes 1-4 days to arrive.
