Can I Return My Order?

We always try to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from PartyGalaxy.com although we do understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the merchandise you purchased.  We try to make this as easy and smooth as possible so please review our return policies and instructions to ensure that your item gets processed properly.

Are All Items Returnable?

Most items are returnable but must be returned within 15 days of from the date of delivery.  The refund amount will be for the cost of the item(s) only and will not include any shipping or handling charges.  Due to the large range of items that we offer we have different policies regarding different types of items.

The following items are only returnable if they are returned in their original, unopened     package.  Items cannot be worn or incomplete.

• Shoes & Boots
• Wigs, Beards, Mustaches, and any other facial or artificial hair
• Make up and cosmetics
• Tableware and all other party supplies
• Prosthetics, including fake teeth, ears, and horns
• Costumes
• Stockings, socks, and undergarments

The following items are never returnable.

• Any item that has been worn or altered
• Disposable Helium tanks
• Partial party kits
